He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Political Sciences. As a second generation, he took over the jeweler machinery operations established in 1971 and continued them by founding Kutez Makina in 1996. He has over 50 years of experience in the jewelry machinery sector. For many years, he served as a member of the board of directors at Imes Industrial Zone for 12 years. He is a founding member of Dilovası OSB region.
He has realized the invention of many machines used in the jewelry sector today, such as "Double Head Milling Machine" and "Star Machine", and ensured their introduction to the market.
Member of the Board of Directors, Member of the Executive Board, Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs
He graduated from Uludag University Faculty of Economics. He has over 20 years of experience in jewelry technologies and jewelry manufacturing. He managed and completed the first 5-axis simultaneous CNC production project for jewelry in Turkey within the scope of TÜBİTAK R&D project, and then the Industrial Application Project.
He managed the installation and consultancy projects for many global jewelry brands such as Tiffany & Co (USA), Cartier (France), Van Cleef & Arpels (France) to their production lines. He has managed the invention and patent process of surface measurement and processing devices and methods in jewelry manufacturing.
Member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Executive Board, General Manager
He graduated from Istanbul American Robert College, Northwestern University Industrial Engineering, and Kellogg School of Management Analytical Management programs. He worked as a consultant at McKinsey and Company for two years and carried out projects in 6 countries and 7 different functions.
He has 10 years of experience in jewelry, jewelry manufacturing and e-commerce sectors.
He has provided consulting support to many domestic and foreign jewelry brands in the fields of marketing, production, and installation, and gained experience with the projects he managed in both B2B and B2C business models.
Independent Board Member
He holds degrees from Stanford University School of Engineering and Harvard Business School MBA. He has work experience in management at McKinsey & Company, in e-commerce at eBay, and in marketing at Facebook, some of the world's leading organizations. He currently serves as the Director of Strategy at the Dubai-based Property Finder company.
In light of his expertise in management, e-commerce, and marketing, he actively participates in the board's critical decisions, strategy, and vision studies.
Executive Board Member, Operations Director
He graduated from Sabancı University with a degree in Mechatronics. After various internships in the jewelry sector, focusing on casting and assembly manufacturing, he worked as the Production Planning Officer at Kron Bicycle company. He has been at Kutez for 8 years, holding various positions from Production Planning Officer to Production Manager, and has been the Operations Director for the last 4 years.
He has managed numerous optimization projects in jewelry manufacturing and has played an active role in many digitalization projects such as automatic invoicing and order tracking.
Executive Board Member, Sales and Marketing Director
He graduated from Istanbul American Robert College and Boğaziçi University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
After gaining experience in various international companies like Accenture, Spencer Stuart, and Sony, he continued his career at Kutez as an E-commerce specialist. He has been serving for 7 years, starting as an E-commerce Specialist, then Marketing Manager, and now Marketing Director.
He has played an active role in all the processes of the Eternate brand since its establishment. He has managed the entire process of virtual store and marketplace brand formation.
